Gold Coast Beach’s would have to be up there as one of the nicest beaches in the world luscious blue water mixed with pure yellow sand add to that the Queensland sun and it makes for such a beautiful place.
Stretching from the spit at Main Beach all the way down the coast to Coolongatta it is one continuous beach rolling through each town.
What’s To Do
Not only is the beach popular for sun bakers and swimming but also a host of activities from volleyball, surfing, beach front markets, concerts and various art and craft exhibitions.
Even just to take a long walk along the promenade and stopped off at a café and soak up the scenery whilst sipping on your Latte.
The promenades have either open views or gaps through the trees leading down onto the beautiful beaches like below.
Below here are a few shots from a couple of different areas along the coast
Surfers Paradise Beachfront Market
Surfers Paradise Beachfront market happen every friday and Saturday 5 – 9 and sell a whole host of boutique and handmade gifts and accessories definitely worth the visit.
Burleigh Hill And The Burleigh Headlands
Burleigh Hill is one of the Gold Coast best spots for sunset and lazing around having a picnic. Lots of people come down on an evening to soak up the last bit of sun for the day, watch the sunset and relax with friends.
The Headlands is a walking track through rainforest and bringing you out to the highest point looking out the opposite to Burleigh hill and over the Tallebudgera Creek.
And Finally The Sunrise
Sunrise from out at Broadbeach such a beautiful spot and well worth getting up early and heading down the beach for.
