Travelling south from Brisbane, take exit 35 at Beenleigh and continue on state route 92 the Beaudesert – Beenleigh Road, for a more scenic drive. Alternatively similarly as from the Gold Coast exit at exit 57 and follow the Oxenford -Tambirine Road.
Unfortunately Mount Tamborine currently has no public transport links and driving by car is the main way of accessing the mountain.
The Gold Coast
As we said it’s just a short 45 minute drive to the center of the Gold Coast, with it’s host of cafes, restaurants and large amount of things to do and see. It’s certainly well worth adding these two together on a visit and having the best of both worlds.
